Error during upgrade

Hi.
This erroe during the 'upgrade is caused to the fact that I have not yet registered the Proxmox or is caused to something else?

Here is the error below, then once restarted the Proxmox server is no longer functioning because it can not start PvE manager.

I used the proxmox VE 4.4

how did you upgrade?
 
I wold like test the version freeware of the server Proxmox.
I haven't a commercial support.

I upgrade the server with the command : apt-get update and then apt-get upgrade
