Error during migration VM (Installed QEMU version is too old)

Hello.
Faced with with error during migration VM to another host in cluster.
Installed QEMU version '5.1.0' is too old to run machine type 'pc-i440fx-5.2+pve0', please upgrade node 'XX'.

Cluster consists of couple of nodes with different types of versions as listed below:

proxmox-ve: 6.4-1 (running kernel: 5.4.189-2-pve) pve-manager: 6.4-15 (running version: 6.4-15/af7986e6) pve-kernel-5.4: 6.4-18 pve-kernel-helper: 6.4-18 pve-kernel-5.4.189-2-pve: 5.4.189-2
proxmox-ve: 6.4-1 (running kernel: 5.4.203-1-pve) pve-manager: 6.4-15 (running version: 6.4-15/af7986e6) pve-kernel-5.4: 6.4-20 pve-kernel-helper: 6.4-20 pve-kernel-5.4.203-1-pve: 5.4.203-1
proxmox-ve: 6.3-1 (running kernel: 5.4.162-1-pve) pve-manager: 6.3-3 (running version: 6.3-3/eee5f901) pve-kernel-5.4: 6.3-3 pve-kernel-helper: 6.3-3 pve-kernel-5.4.162-1-pve: 5.4.162-2 pve-kernel-5.4.78-2-pve: 5.4.78-2

How to resolve this issue with the least effort?

Probably by updating all nodes to the latest PVE 6.4 version, which has not received updates and is out of support for some time.

EDIT: If you configured your repositories right, apt update && apt dist-upgrade (or use the Proxmox web GUI) should bring a node to the latest 6.4 version.

But could we update just some components of PVE referring to compatibility of running VMs instead of fully update to next minor version?

Maybe, but the general advise is to have all nodes in a cluster on the same version. And the easiest way to do that is to dist-upgrade to the latest 6.4.
If you want more specific help, I guess you'll have to migrate to a supported version like the latest 7.4.
