Error de instalación Proxmox - /lib/ modules/7.0.2-6-pve - No encuentra módulos del kernel

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to install Proxmox VE 8.4 and I'm running into an error during installation that won't let me proceed.

Right after launching the installer from USB, I get this message:

*Error loading kernel modules from /lib/modules/7.0.2-6-pve*

And it gets stuck there.

*What I’ve already tried:*

1. Proxmox VE 9.2 ISO and Proxmox VE 8.4 ISO
2. I created the USB drive using Balena Etcher and Rufus
3. I tried two different USB flash drives
4. I tried all USB ports (2.0 and 3.0)

*My hardware:*

- Motherboard: B350M GAMING PRO
- CPU: Ryzen 3 3200G
- RAM: 8 GB
- 128 GB NVMe
- Installer: 16 GB Kingston USB drive

Any suggestions are welcome.

PVE will be End-of-Life after 2026-08-31.

Did you verified the checksum of the ISOs? Maybe the ISO files are damaged.
Since you already flashed them with two different tools, it sounds like damaged ISO files.

You can also try Ventoy.

Why don't you install the last version, Proxmox 9.2, which is supported ?
