Has anyone had this problem and can help me?

Can you post your VM config? The Task Error you posted is hard to read.

Also, do you really have two socket CPU? Do you mean to use 1 Socket with 2 cores? kvm_init_vcpu error is usually related to having wrong cpu settings.

I went through this problem on this date, it occurred after a PVE update task where I did not restart the server completely. Test your production machine and see the active time, your problem may be solved this way.
