Error booting a VM

Is the error I get when trying to boot a created VM. I have tried using it without KVM and with it. KVM Is enabled. So I don't see why it doesn't work..
 
Your fie system (what do you use - samba? zfs?) does not support O_DIRECT, so you need to change the cache mode for the VM drive.
Try to change to writethrough or writeback instead of 'none'.
