Error 43 Gpu passthrough

Hello I’ am trying to run proxmox on my gaming pc using gpu passthrough but I keep getting the error 43 code on my graphics card in device manager.
The fixes I have tried are reinstalling the drivers and also adding The following code after my iommu Intel on, I followed this guide to set the gpu passthrough up: https://matthewdeporter.com/proxmox/proxmox-pci-passthrough/

Success heavily depends on the used hardware combination. What GPU are you using? What about iommu separation?

Hello thanks for your reply,
I'am a noob to gpu passthrough on proxmox.
My hardware is as follows:
Intel i7-2600 4 core (using 3 for vm at the moment)
128gb SSD (using 64GB for vm)
28GB ram (using 8GB on the vm)
my GPU is: Nvidia Geforce 1050ti 4GB
