EQ12 - anyone have both ethernet working?

Hey all!

I am much less concerned about the Wifi - I can just replace the module if I ever need it - but I would love for the second Ethernet port to be functional. Is that possible?

Please note that WiFi is not supported by Proxmox and needs manually setup (see the Wiki and search the forum). I don't know about EQ12 but why would a second Ethernet port not be functional?
The Proxmox installer only configures one port for a virtual bridge and you need to do everything else manually: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#sysadmin_network_configuration
How do you want to use it and how did you configure it and what is not working? The output of ip a and cat /etc/network/interfaces would help people here to help you.
