Encryption for NoVNC Client Access

I set up a VM for VNC Client Access - reference https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/VNC_Client_Access

When connecting with RealVNC client, it warns me the the connection is not encrypted. Is this true? Is their a way to encrypt the NoVNC client access?
