Hello Dears

I'm looking for below query for our 3 nodes cluster with Ceph shared storage, if any one can help.

The requirement is to have a high availibity of Guest VMs when any Node failed. It has to restart on another node.

I have seen few article but its mixed with HA and Replication, do we need even replication to configure for the above requirement ?

Lastly, do we need to add one by one Guest VM to resource of HA configuration, can we set to have HA enable for all running Guest VMs ?

1 - If you are using Ceph for underlying storage, you dont need additional replication. However your ceph must be configured properly to handle a node failure.
2 - HA management is set/maintained separately from regular VM management. So you need to enable it on all VMs one at a time. You can do it via CLI with a simple loop: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#_management_tasks

Can be HA enable on running cluster and adding the running Gues VMs without any interrruptions ?
secondly, is it must to create HA group or HA can be enbale just by adding Guest VM in it.
