Enabling cpu feature with qemu

I need XSAVE and SSE4_1 cpu feature . It seems there are not given (cpu q35). How can I get them?

q35 is a machine type, not a CPU type. SSE 4.1 is supported by Intel Penryn (2007) or later. Choose a CPU type that is supported by your hardware (phyiscal CPU) and new enough. Or select host or max (instead of qemu64 or kvm64).
