Hello, good afternoon.

I have the proxmox license and would like to activate it.
I'm trying to activate proxmox support.

However, it's giving me an error.

I'm able to connect to ports 80 and 443 of the shop.proxmox.com website.

However, it doesn't work.

I don't have any firewall rules or restrictions.

I ran a test to see if the destination gives me any response regarding the certificate with the following command:

openssl s_client -connect shop.proxmox.com:443

However, it was unsuccessful.

If I test it from another machine internally, the command gives me the SSL certificate for the website.

Could you please help me activate the enterprise repository?
 
It's not a license but a support subscriiption. It's always best to directly contact the shop.proxmox.com with your account as they can help with subscriptions (and the mostly volunteers on this forum cannot).
 
Thank you for the feedback. I managed to resolve it. It was a router error — I believe it was not configured correctly. After I changed the route, the problem was resolved. Thank you.
