Emails not delivered

What does the Status mean "accepted/bounced" using the Tracking Center.

IBM is sending my a two factor code to authenticate my access, but the email is bounced. Email doesn't make it to my server.

I have added the email from IBM to our whitelist, but it still gets bounced

The issue with the mails is not that PMG rejects the but rather your downstream mail-server:

The server at 198.10.10.1 rejects the mail (because it does not like the localpart?)
In any case you need to make the config change there
