After an email has been marked as a whitelist in the spam quarantine, it has disappeared from the quarantine.
However, according to the tracking center, it was not delivered.
Can I still find the email somewhere?

Please check the logs (e.g. `journalctl --since yesterday`) around the time when the mail was released.
The mails do end up in the logs and in the Tracking Center - however the sender is then 'postmaster@<your.pmg.hostname>' - maybe that is the issue?
