Hey guys,
for future plans I've constructed a scenario where the Proxmox Mail gateway (Trial license, 1 domain) is in a DMZ, working as a receiver and sender for our Zentyal SBS 4.0 in the local network.
Sending Mails from the local network over the gateway is working properly but when i send an email from an external mailaccount i get this message from the Zentyal Server (not gateway, gateway address is 192.168.2.100)
<info@xxxxx.de>: host 192.168.0.225[192.168.0.225] said: 554 5.4.0
Error: too many hops (in reply to end of DATA command)
I checked the mx records and the accessibility via dnsstuff.com. Every test passes except the one you see in the picture

Maybe it's also important that the local addresses get converted to external adresses via sender_canonical in the main.cf on the gateway.
Hope you guys can help me because it's driving me nuts
