Dynamic memory management

I've read the page https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Dynamic_Memory_Management

I think, in section "Ballooning", the content is not right.

It should be called "Get guest memory usage" or something else.
As the page writes: "Memory ballooning (KVM only) allows you to have your guest dynamically change it’s memory usage by evicting unused memory during run time. It reduces the impact your guest can have on memory usage of your host by giving up unused memory back to the host."

It means, on the host, the kvm process should use as RAM as guest uses. But in Memory Usage screenshot, the kvm process RAM is same as total ram of guest.
