My system is working, but in the UI I show two old ceph monitors, managers, and metadata servers. I have tried deleting each and when I do the good one and gray one go away, but when I create it again I get a good one and a gray one. Any ideas?

Do you see these duplicates from all nodes WebUI's or just one? Any upgrades or changes recently?
