Dual display for ubuntu VM in pve-803 with beelink s12pro

I am running a ubuntu VM 23.10 desktop on pve-803 with GPU pass through. The host HW is a beelink s12pro and has two HDMI ports.
I can get one display working but I am unable to get the second display. I am trying to get both monitors working in the same VM (to extend desktop).
All working fine if I install ubuntu directly on the bare metal.

Anyone tried this before?

How do you get 1 port working? I tried various stuff with Linux mint image and unable to display anything :(. Which linux will you recommend?
