Dual-CPU Server Only Using One CPU

Hello, everyone! I have been using Proxmox on my Dell R630 for some time now, and recently, I needed more performance out of it, so I upgraded it from a single CPU to two. So far, everything seems to run and work fine, but even when assigned and forced to use the full number of threads between the two CPUs, my LXC containers will only go up to 50% CPU usage each, and I can see that one CPU is hitting 80C while the other idles along at 50C. It is possible for me to get up to 90-100% CPU usage, but only when running two or more containers at full blast. I have tried everything I can think of, and I haven't been able to find anything similar online so far. Please let me know if you need to see any particular logs, etc. Thanks in advance!

Could you please share your LXCs config so we might spot a misconfiguration there.
Also which version of PVE and which kernel is currently installed on your host?
