Like vanish from the disk menu and on shell, once rebooted there fine for a while, usually on heavy io, i have replaced the drives, controller ext, system is fine on windows server on its own. i have been dealing with this for almost a year, it started with proxmox 7.2 i have tried every file system and config i can think of.. nothing seems to help it can be SSD or hdd it still randomly loses it. anyone have any ideas?
