Downloading templates

I am trying to create a container and tried to download a ubuntu template and I get the below message:

Do I need to assign Proxmox with its own NIC card to access the internet?

the same...maybe the DNS. but don't know how to solve...

Selecting your node, go on System>DNS then you can change/add dns server
List of public DNS server
