downloading CT Templates from web UI uses wrong URL for template provider (needs to be https)

i attempted to use the web UI to download the CT template for syncthing. it fails with error:

i realized the mirror site URL is actually https://...

proxmox version:

if i select the function download from URL, and uncheck the verify certificates option it worked. the mirror site appears to have an invalid ssl cert (mismatched CN). i guess there's no real problem here then per se. thanks.
