What is the reason of the Download Local Backup button? I do not see an upload backup button. Is there a way to upload a previously downloaded backup and do a restore?

Sorry for the confusion. It's not a button. Under the Download column, you can click on an specific day and download the tgz file.
Where is that item located in PVE? I don't recall seeing it.
*Even if you have a backup... if you need to add packages or other items, overwriting without preparing the necessary items beforehand could corrupt the system.
The restoration procedure requires you to prepare what is needed for each individual computer yourself.
