Hello, can you help me with this error, when installing a virtual machine from a template I get this error:

Hi,

seems like an issue with DNS, as the domain cannot be resolved. Check DNS settings in the web-interface (Node -> DNS) and maybe try a public one like Google's 8.8.8.8. If that does not fixes the issue, then there may be some more general network issue, you can check if ping 8.8.8.8 works on the Proxmox VE shell for testing that.

I am seeing the same issue.
i can ping 8.8.8.8 and it works.
But i am not able to download any of the templates.

1. Make sure you've got the correct repos. set.
2. Run in PVE shell: pveam update
3. Select "Templates" in GUI & "Download" as necessary.

i am not able to run the udpate command either.
