That question came up in the past and if I remember right the answer was that this isn't directly supported and would be alot of manual work so it would be easier to just do a fresh install with the old version. But if just the new 5.15 kernel would be the problem you could always switch back to the old 5.13 kernel you are using now.
But maybe here its now easier because its just a minor and not a major upgrade (like from 6.4 to 7.x)?
