Hello I wonder of you who already have much esperiencia using the Proxmox Virtualization is there any way to make the management from multiple nodes and sharing of configuration files of VMs between them.

I ask this because I was talking to a friend to whom I presented the Proxmox and even asked me: If I build a cluster master node and submit crash or burn, how can I manage the other nodes? Or worse, the configuration files of the slave nodes will be lost and I did not know how to solve this problem only after this conversation I realized how serious it was.

Thank you in advance.

Very good, had not checked, really the cluster configuration is updated on all nodes really. =) However if the master node will fall, is there any way I can become a master in the slave nodes easily and/or temporarily.

There is no master/slave concept, all nodes are masters (as long as you have quorum).

I had no idea that I speak for a simple reason, in my simulations of cluster creation, when I got the proxmox1 node cluster and created from it and added a node proxmox2, the web interface has been disabled proxmox2 with this thought web management could be done by only one node and no more for others.

Thank you for the explanation, I'm glad to know that for now, because next month ministrarei a basic introduction to virtualization college roommates at an event of the institution and be able to explain about it in Proxmox. =D

adding a node to the cluster does not turn off its webgui.

After you talk to me so I tried again, the browser had accessed this node before adding it to the cluster, presented the following error: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE, however after trying to connect from another browser, with the same URL actually ran the web interface in both nodes. =D

Again sorry for the ignorance in using the tool and once again, thank you for all the explanation I was given. =)
