Double spam in email Subject

Hello everyone, Some emails that arrive in our system are marked as spam, but the subject line always adds two SPAM. For example, the original subject line is "Welcome to so.."; then, the Proxmox mail gateway adds "SPAM: SPAM: Welcome to so.." Is there a way to identify which rule is causing this problem?

please share the logs for such a mail and your rulesystem (`pmgdb dump` - make sure to anonymize what you don't want to share) - are you sure that there is no other system in the path of your e-mails that adds the first spam?
