what do u mean with ARC? The read cache of zfs?
this is a zfs feature. it depends not on PMG. If your system support zfs then u have ARC.

Mails with invalid DKIMS (ie. missing ARC, and containing remnants of previous DKIM's) will be considered to be unauthenticated.
So this ARC thing does become a thingy.
