Hi,
I need to install a 20 node proxmox cluster and I would need some advice for a reliable and low-cost European datacenter.
(My hardware .. only housing)

Europe is very big, I personally visited 4 different data centers that are situated in Saarland alone and we are the smalles of all non-city-states in Germany. I can recommend to google for datacenters or look at this map around you and visit them all.
