Hi, I have a question: is it possible to configure PMG so that messages blocked by DNSBL are quarantined instead of being blocked by default?

Hey,

not really. DNSBL happens before the mail ever reaches the rule-system (which would do the quarantining). If a SMTP server matches a DNSBL, the mail is not even accepted.

If you plan to use spamassassin only, create custom rules for DNSBL blacklist.
