so i have a spare dl360 g9 sitting around with 4tb drives in it and thought i would use it to explore proxmox by building my SO (a photographer) a xpenology/windows box for photo sharing and editing. windows will run off nvme as bare metal as possible which is where she will use lightroom/photoshop and access the xpenology interface, Editing doesnt need much gpu mostly cpu, xpenology will be used to house her photos (never booted it before either so more exploring but in the photography forums they say the synology photos app is the best). ive been using unraid on a different box for over a decade for nas/media/vm/docker stuff but wanted to try this out. This has to be end user friendly or she wont use it, cli is out for her but i can follow instructions.

Is this an acceptable use case for this hardware? dual 2630v3's, 32g ram, geforce 1660, 4x 4tb sas3 drives.

Are there plugins for proxmox like there is for unraid? if for instance i decide to set up a webserver? i have one running on unraid so its not critical but would possibly like to implement that in the future if possible? maybe thats something better to be done on the synology vm with webstation?
