Divide by zero kernel crashes?

We're running version 1.9. At the moment, I'm considering seeing what it would take to back port the patch myself since I've heard no indication that Proxmox 2.x addresses this bug. I thought perhaps there was something unique about my hardware, but Supermicro motherboards seems pretty popular, so I can't imagine that we're the only ones running Proxmox on them.

Do you have any spare servers to test 2.3 and see?

I've been running 2.1 since it came out and not seen that issue - although i am only running Dell servers.

I wish I knew how to test it since I don't know how to reproduce it. I have a couple dozen servers running Proxmox... on average, the crashes happen on only about one server per month... no one server has crashed more than once and most have never crashed. I haven't heard of anyone reporting this issue on any version of Proxmox, so it might be something we're running in our environment that is to blame. Although, the StackExchange link I mentioned earlier seems to indicate that this is a general problem that could happen to any server running kernels from before 3.1.5. I think the circumstances just have to be right for the bug to show itself.
