Display of terminal will not initiate in ubuntu-cloud vm's. Proxmox is nested behind vmware.

I have 2 issues here.

First one is when using serial0 and ubuntu cloud (creating vm template) the display unable to connect serial0.
If I change the display adapter it either says the server has not yet initiated display, or my vm just flashes connected disconnected over and over again.





Second issue. I can not apt-get update in the proxmox server (says the gatech repository is not signed).

Anyway, please provide the full output in code-tags from the PVE-host of: apt update
