Hi,
simply close the console and open again. Normaly you have than the right size or can resize the Window to the right size (but i haven't used IE, only firefox and other browsers).

i have tried that. i have also tried closing as you suggest.

i will try a different browser. i usually use firefox but havent installed on this laptop yet.

Try zooming out PVE UI to 100%.
