Disk error on qemu-img file

Hello,

I check my virtual disk by qemu-img check /my-disk.qcow2 and i saw a lot of errors. Then i repeat image by qemu-img check -r all /my-disk.qcow2

qemu-img repair errors and they still when i check health of disk file.

ERROR OFLAG_COPIED data cluster: l2_entry=800000002d790000 refcount=0
ERROR OFLAG_COPIED data cluster: l2_entry=8000000051120000 refcount=0
ERROR OFLAG_COPIED data cluster: l2_entry=80000000398f0000 refcount=0

53165 errors were found on the image.
Data may be corrupted, or further writes to the image may corrupt it.

8409 leaked clusters were found on the image.
This means waste of disk space, but no harm to data.
2451627/2457600 = 99.76% allocated, 10.72% fragmented, 0.00% compressed clusters
Image end offset: 292721786880
