[SOLVED] Disclaimer is added but not showing in Email

Hello,
I created a rule to add a disclaimer for a specific user.
When I send an email from this user I can see in the tracking center that the disclaimer was added.

Mar 16 09:43:20 VM-17-PMG pmg-smtp-filter[16278]: 8ABB6231B1385E12C: added disclaimer (rule: DisclaimerTest)

But the disclaimer not appears in the Email at the recipient.
Is there anything else I can do to solve this issue?

can you post the mail after it ran through pmg, and also the disclaimer action?

Sorry for the late response, seems that I had to change to text only in our webfrontend (openxchange).
Then it was shown in the email.
Our System (openxchange) uses html only by default.
So I changed the disclaimer to html code and then it worked without problems.
