direct X

I come to you because I encounter a problem on a VM I need to install direct X except that it refuses and gives me an error message "see attached file",
mesasge translated in english "the installer was unable to download the file. try again later or check the network connection".
I confirm that I have good access to the internet. if necessary I can give more explanation if you ask.

Je suis nouveau sur proxmox et le forum et plus en français.
je viens vers vous car je rencontre un problème sur une VM j'ai besoin d'installer direct X sauf que celui-ci refuse et me donne un message d'erreur "voir fichier joint",
message traduit en anglais "le programme d'installation n'a pas pu télécharger le fichier. réessayez plus tard ou vérifiez la connexion réseau".
Je confirme avoir un bon accès à Internet. si nécessaire, je peux donner plus d'explications si vous le demandez.

is there some kind of firewall or packet filtering between the windows VM and the internet?
