direct access vm in browser

1. can i direct acces my vm console in browser without login in to proxmox panel or show the node, only acces the vm etc.. when i enter the vm ip in browser i can remotely the vm, as i know when i remote the vm via console i need to access the proxmox web panel management.
2. how i can configure the size of console in browser, every i acces the remot console it show with minimum size browser

Not really, you'll always need a "login ticket" to be able to load the console - else anybody could snoop into your VM and do malicious stuff.
For a more direct integrated way you would need to do something your self, maybe using the API.
Maybe there are even community projects which do that, not sure.

Normally this is configured from withing the guest. Additional there are some "scaling" settings if you use the noVNC console.
