Differences Between Graphical and Terminal UI Install Options

Hello Everyone,
I have been doing performance tests on proxmox, and noticed that when installed through the Graphical install option I am seeing almost 200% gains in performance and throughput through my VMs.
I have tried searching for any difference between the installers, and my research suggests that there should be no difference. But my testing disagrees with that assessment, so I wanted to check here to see if there are any differences that can explain such a huge performance gap

both the GUI and the terminal installer install the exact same packages, i.e. you get the same system with either of them.

Are you sure that you have configured the system exactly the same with both installers? E.g. alone the choice of the (root) filesystem can make a difference, depending on the workload.

Also, you do not provide any information about your actual system hardware, installation configuration, testing methods, what you are testing exactly etc etc. (200% is pretty useless information on its on).
