Difference between queued/bounced and blocked

We have rules built that block certain from addresses. In most cases, if I look in the Tracking Center, these messages show as Blocked (and the Tracking Center shows the full SMTP transaction). Sometimes, however, the Tracking Center shows them as queued/bounced, with a lot less detail than the ones that show as Blocked.

I suppose the outcome is the same, but I'm wondering what the difference is?

I figured it out - if you have Send NDR on Blocked Emails set to Yes, it will show a queued/bounced; set to No, it will show blocked.
