DHCP - Public IP addresses

Hi guys !
I'm new in this world and I own a small dedicated server colocated in Romania.
I have 11 ip addresses and I would like to share 10 of them for KVM machines.
Can anyone explain me how to auto-configure master to give a static IP for each VM ?

My IPs are like:

188.212.XXX.116
188.212.XXX.117
188.212.XXX.118
188.212.XXX.119
188.212.XXX.135
188.212.XXX.136
188.212.XXX.137
188.212.XXX.138
188.212.XXX.139

You cannot do this (KVM-VM) with PVE alone. KVM emulates a real PC, so you have to configure each IP address in each guest OS manually or setup a DHCP server of you own, but this is not a Proxmox VE question. Please refer to the Debian Wiki for DHCP Server: https://wiki.debian.org/DHCP_Server
