DELL T310 with raid perc raid0 and zfs became unresponsibe

I have restored a server on a DELL T310 with raid perc6 setting two ssd disk to raid 0 (single raid ) and installed proxmox with zfs on the two ssd as raid1.
The server have a sata 3 but became unresponsive.

When i permorm disk operations like the restore.. the control pannel don't answer anymore.. after some minutes return online.

Can be the use of ZFS over a two SSD abstracted from the Raid perc6 as single disk in raid 0?

Would be better to use normal hardware raid without zfs?

As per our documentation, ZFS on RAID is not supported. This includes "RAID0 with single disks", as the RAID controller still has it's own cache etc...

I have already tried as ext4 with raid managed from the perc6 controller. but the result was the same..
I think is a incompatibility of the controller with the SSD disks.

I have restored the old enterprise 4 hd with a raid 10.. but i will consume a lot of power...(!!)
