I have a big problem with installing Proxmox 8.4 on DelL T140 with PERC H330.
But start from the beginning:
I was needed to do some upgrades on my server with ESXi (change SSD's to bigger ones) so I decide to move my VMs to proxmox.
So I installed proxmox 8.3 on my old back server (DELL T110) and move one of the VM to it and create another one moving only db from the old one (both of them are Windows).
And it's works fine. Next I was changed the SSD's on my main server and create the RAID 10 VD (T140 with PERC H330) . Next I tried to Install proxmox and go back with the VM's on it. Unfortunately the 8.4 proxmox version doesn't see my VD. I read that Proxmox 8.4 has no support to H330 in DELL T*40 servers so I has a two questions:
1. Is there any way to install proxmox 8.3 or 8.4 on DELL T140 with H330?
2. Is it possible to install for example proxmox 7.4 on DELL T140 (I read that proxmox 7.4 supports H330 on Dell T140) and move VM's from proxmox 8.3 (My Backup server)?
