as far as I can tell this hardware should be fine, although from the information you posted I cannot tell how much storage and RAM you need. You can find our system requirements in the manual [1].

Dear @sterzy thank you for your update.
Perhaps my only doubt is could KVM in Proxmox is fully compatible with this considering the newest processor 74F3 Clock based rate 3.2Ghz?
I noticed some have experienced the VM (KVM) might be unable to get speed to 3.2Ghz or due to incompatibility issues?
Or there is some customization that must be done from the configuration itself?
