Dell PoweEdge 1950 Install Error - Unable to Continue

I am getting an error on install, Unable to Continue. It goes to a black screen.
Server: Dell PoweEdge 1950
I am using 2 SSDs in raid 1.

It says no CDROM found. So it seems booting the bootloader / kernel but the drops out.
All other messages I think can be ignored.
Are you using a physical CD or a DRAC mounted iso?
