Dell Optiplex 9020 Installation wizard crashes

Dell Optiplex 9020 Installation wizard crashes. I've turned off secure boot and I've tried booting from USB in UEFI mode and legacy mode.
After it does the DHCP part and tries to load the installer I get a blank screen with a dash up the top left then a mouse pointer appears for a few seconds and the system then just reboots.

Really need help getting this installed as I want to run a Home assistant VM I'm running Debian buster at the moment with no issues.

You can install Proxmox VE on Debian buster as well [1]

Cheers I installed it on debian and removed Docker and I've got home assistant up and running. Thanks
