Deleted ISO and now can't boot VM

I was trying to free up some space so i deleted the ISOs, i used to create my VMs, but now they wont start and I cannot connect via the web GUI and I also cannot ping the server. I am able to physically connect to it and access it via the CLI. Would adding the ISOs bring back functionality? Is there a way to upload the ISOs via USB?
 
Just deleting ISO didn't broke Proxmox web gui.

Anyway just for the VM you can delete the line with the ISO by editing the VM config file, for example:
nano /etc/pve/qemu-server/100.conf
Than you can boot the VM.

Around this same time, I was following a GNS3 tutorial that said to create a VM using the host CPU. I started the VM, but didnt finish the configuration of it. Could this have changed some settings?

Deleting that line out of the config file worked to start the VMs! Im not sure why, but after I did that the web GUI came back. Thanks a ton for your help! I thought I hosed my server, which would have lost my NAS and about a years worth of data. so now that it's all online, it's time to get that backup going.

Nope, something else happened, try to investigate the logs during the time the web ui wasn't accessible.
