Deleted a VM with no backup

I know, this is very stupid of me.. But i decided to clean out some old VM's before starting backups (you know, limit backup size and all) only to discover that one VM actually had important data.

It's a standard install with thin LVM, and i booted into a linux Live CD with RLinux. i can see ext3 and ext4 partitions, but i have no clue where to look for the disk images of said VM. Has anyone have any experience with this?
 
thank you, this works half :) i get to the point where the partition is now visible again, but i cant activate it because there is no data :(

I will keep investigating and update this thread :)
