Delay of receiving emails greater than 1MB

Dear Colleagues,
Received files with attachments more 1MB delayed more that 10 min depending how big is attachment.
There is log caching from the Tracking center:
in that case the attachment is 3 mb

Anything interesting in the journal during the time when the mail is received?

`journalctl -f`

any ratelimiting or similar rules on the firewall/router/gateway of the PMG?
