Delay in telnet to port 26 from certain ips

Hello,

We have an issue with telnet from some IPs. When attempting to telnet to port 26 from certain IPs, there is a delay of 10 seconds in receiving the SMTP banner. After checking with the network team, they have confirmed that there are no restrictions on communication traffic. Is there any restriction from the proxmos email gateway?

Is port 26 the internal or external port of your PMG?
There might be some sleeps (by postscreen on the external port)
Do you see anything specific in the logs?
Does DNS work reliably?

1. Its Internal SMTP port. Only expect from the internal network
2. How to check there is sleep in the configuration. In which configuration we can check this?
3. No we did'nt get any specific error when do telnet.
4. We are trying to telnet using Ip address. DNS is working



Also is there any way we can enable debug log
