Hey

I build my Dedi Server @ Hetzner with Proxmox 7.0-13 and OPNSense from this Tutorial: https://schroederdennis.de/allgemei...ver-mit-nur-1-public-ip-addresse-pfsense-nat/

In this case, hes using pfsense, but opnsense will work too - no problem.

My system is working with a windows 10 vm - but if im using a debian iso, the debian vm has no internet. at the installation of the debian install, the installer cant reach the internet to get updates. tried to switch to dhcp on the lan interface to get that working, but it wont. after finishing the install, i tried to fix it, by editing the /etc/network/interfaces - but the debian vm has no internet - whatever i do.

the debian vm is connected with the same vm lan (vmbr2) - as the windows vm. if i put a static ip in, because dhcp is not working too - the vm has still no connection to the internet.

because of the outbound rules of opnsense, it should work.

i cant fix that by myself and need some input, what i can check.

I found the solution by myself

i cloned the win10 machine (but it was not online) for testing things - and that seems, that PM has a bug or whatever, because, as i started the second win10 vm and changed the network details (ip and so on) - the debian vm had internet.

dont know, what happend - but now it works.

Nope...that was not the problem. today, i tried another debian vm to install. but it wont work anymore. in the install process, i cant get internet access for that vms...

any help?
